HOMELESSNESS
We have a variety of short and long term, fully-furnished accommodation where our trained project workers support people to prevent repeat homelessness.
This can include a variety of help, advice and information from accessing drug and alcohol abuse services to gaining employment.
In addition, we also provide housing-related floating support to people who have accommodation but are at risk of becoming homeless.
Clients work with our teams to identify support needs and draw up a tailored plan to address challenges such as:
Managing money and accessing benefits
Staying safe
Support with accessing education, training and employment opportunities
Personal development
Finding suitable accommodation when clients are ready to move on.
